Local App Data
The App stores review information directly on your Android device. This includes active review packs, saved reviews, checklist status values, notes, issue clusters generated from local state, action packs generated from local state, local display preferences, and local export metadata.
This local content is stored on the device and is not automatically transmitted to the Company as part of the core workflow. The App does not require login or account registration, and it does not use cloud synchronisation or backend storage for this data.
On-Device Storage
All review data remains on your device unless you choose to delete it, clear local app data, or uninstall the application. The Company does not access or receive this information through the normal operation of the App.
You can delete individual review packs or clear all local data using controls within the App. You can also remove local app data through Android device settings or by uninstalling the application, which removes locally stored content from the device.
Export and External Actions
The App allows you to export, copy, or share locally generated review data and action packs through Android system actions. This occurs only when you initiate it, and the data is shared to the destination you choose, such as another app, a file, or a recipient.
The App can also open external Android services when you select certain actions, including a web browser, an email client, or maps. These external services operate under their own privacy practices, and the Company does not control them.
Contacting the Company by email will share your email address and the contents of your message with us, but this is separate from the App’s workflow data.

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
