What we do

Audit, Inspection & Automation-Readiness Review Services

01

On-site Automation Readiness Audit

We review your current workflows, data collection methods, and manual steps to identify what can be safely automated and where human oversight remains essential.

02

Inspection Process Review

Our auditors map your existing inspection checklists, scheduling routines, and defect-reporting paths to highlight inefficiencies and regulatory risks without IT automation.

03

Factory Floor Walkthrough

We spend three hours walking your production area, observing real work, and documenting local compliance challenges that automated tools would likely miss.

04

Energy and Gas Assessment

For refining, waste treatment, or heavy machinery sites, we assess metering and equipment staging for automation readiness, paired against on-site safety data capture.

05

Preliminary PLC Datasheet Review

Without code access, we read existing technical documentation and tag layouts to prepare for a software readiness check, shortlisting tasks matched to a control system.

06

Audit Reporting You Can Act On

Every visit closes with a short verbal brief and a written, plain-English summary of bottlenecks and possible next steps to secure further investment, minus jargon.

Selected work

Recent Audit Cases

Parkgate Foundry

Six site visits mapped ladle pouring logging and curing delays ahead of a control upgrade.

Trafford Mill Roastery

Data-logging blips were flagged for recurring bean-coffee order gaps across half-shift

Mirk Water Reclamation Site

Procedures and lifts, digestor logging cross-check, and cleaned charts for ops review.

What you gain

Early-Stage Automation & Audit Clarity

Practice Without Hardware ROI

Clear identification of where hands-on processes already meet targets or lack joined-up logging, avoiding wasted spend on new kit.

Risk Word Clouds from Signage & Alarm Logs

Our analyses crosswalk and timestamp changes, non-conformance, and pending tasks—shown at token level without touching electrical safety trips.

Buy-in Review Deck – Widescreen Only

Framed for director-level brevity: 8 content slides with recommended timeline areas fixed for agreed decisions instead of endless annexes.

Path to a Time-Series Baseline

You leave with review-ready CSV exports and open database details rather than unlabelled PDF file storage.

Controls-Fluent Scheduling Briefs

Outputs quote sequence durations vs typical ETA set-point uplifts on your five longest server-owned shift blocks.

Dedicated Process NCO Section

Independence from integrators—plain guidance may cover product loops, line, sub-contractor check-in intervals, unattended run thresholds.

How we engage

From a Call to First Findings

Step 1

Goal Call (30 min)

We tour site perimeter lanes, asset register slides, shift handover requests so we propose bounded scope where automation experts would start third-mile.

Step 2

On-site at ‘Ready to View’ Timing

Book the easiest 2-hour session our team overlaps visible backlogs—moderate weekdays–not dinner dash. Observers can stay visibly in EarShot.

Step 3

Scheduled Work-Day Reporting

Within six working days you’ll receive ‘Asset-Near-Pinch’-type lists an technician would otherwise retrain across nested terms or break open.

Step 4

Late-Stage Build Back, All Hands

From prior minutes we detail projected savings level-shifted per accepted phases minus man-miles you will affirmably close per region.

What we do not do

Limits of our Review Service

  • We do not install, wire-up components, tamper with combustion zones, rewrite kiln rules nor trade keys to new apps on site.
  • We are not commissioned to physically count pack-your-night replenish-cycle runs — our door study avoids altering ongoing scheduled ops.
  • We won’t compete on machine diagnostics for programmable controller trouble-lists: alarm reason lookup remains out until you clear temporary override records.
  • We’ll never choose a physical gate barrier or provider. Tendered requests for quotations must hold from integrators themselves unmodified.
